Notice of Building Department Temporary Counter Closure

The City of Longmont Building Department counter at 385 Kimbark Street will be closed to the public on Friday, December 12 and Monday, December 15. The closure is required to upgrade permitting software, which will help the department provide better service to both residents and contractors.

During this time, in-person services, including permit intake, plan review drop-off, and general counter assistance will not be available.

Online services will also be down.

Staff will continue to respond to emails.
