COVID 19 UPDATE

The DSC building is now open for business, however only one service counter is open. You may visit our office to apply for building permits, licenses, and submit code complaints, however it is encouraged to apply for these on-line. You may download building guidelines for typical home projects at: https://www.longmontcolorado.gov/departments/departments-a-d/building-inspection/residential, for additions, patio covers, sheds, etc.

We have limited staff in the office to assist with your home plans, therefore it is helpful if you call ahead to ensure someone is in our office to assist you by calling (303) 651-8332. You may submit completed plans with application and pay fees at our office or you may also submit completed plans and application to our building email at Building.Inspection@longmontcolorado.gov and pay permit fees by phone.
